Carl Spruce – Managing Director

A holder of a Bachelor Degree in Education and a range of training and business certificates such as Cert IV in Assessment and Training and Internal Quality Auditing. Carl has developed and implemented an extensive range of training and development programs and products ranging from the development of training videos for national retailers to managerial development programs designed to improve managerial performance. Carl has also grown Outsource Institute of Technology from a micro single person consulting business into a successful training and development business.

With over 11 years’ experience as a Marine Technician on board ships and then moving into Project Management and then into OHS. Liz has Owned and Operated her own Safety Consulting and Trainingbusiness and has worked with various RTO’s design and implementing training resources. Apart from her passion for Safety, Liz has a broad range of skills and qualifications reaching across the Business sector and also in Engineering. Liz has experience working with people who have Learning difficulties and finds extreme satisfaction in assisting them to achieve their goals. Brenda Parker – Financial Administrator

Previously Brenda worked as Office Manager for four years, overseeing the training of new staff and ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations of the office whilst primarily overseeing Sales Invoicing & Debtor Control. Brenda spent seven years with P&O in a similar role and brings a wealth of accounts experience with her to Outsource Services. Brenda’s role in the Financial area includes control of Sales Invoicing & Payments and Supplier Invoicing.
Stephen Love - Principal Training Consultant

He has travelled extensively throughout his career and has had experience in both the public and private sectors having held positions within OHS Safety Committees, Policy development and Training and Assessment. Along with his Project Management exposure, Stephen has experience in recruitment, OHS, Front Line Management and Training and Assessment. Stephen believes that having trained staff is a major step in ensuring you have the right people in the right place to grow any business. Training builds staff confidence and gives them a sense of belonging and purpose within any company, this allows them to grow with the business and ensure staff retention. With Stephens’ work experiences he is able to provide a relaxed training style that allows students to achieve excellent results.
Kingsley Wright – Engineering Training Consultant

His role ranges from scheduling the delivery of our course which he write material for as we refine it but also includes direct support and assessment of students work. His background is both Automotive engineering in race engine development and design and heavy industry in bulk handling such as sand processing plants, foundries and food processing where he has built, commissioned and project managed some large sites all over the world. He also has a background in electrical controls and instrumentation within industry as well as an experienced 3D CAD user, both of which he delivers as part of the in-house training we do at OIT as part of the engineering courses we deliver. He brings his hands on mechanical knowledge and his real world project management experience to the class room with tactile teaching aids that bring the world of engineering to life rather than stale text only work that often loses the interest of students, young and old alike.
Natalie Wale – Training Consultant

Her positions have included – Duty Manager, Human Resources Manager and Operations Manager. Deciding it was time for change Natalie embarked on a career in the Vocational Education & Training Industry, firstly as an Apprentice Consultant before been appointed as Training Coordinator within the organisation. As Training Coordinator she built strong business relationships and developed accredited and non accredited training programs to meet market trends. Natalie was lured into the public sector of the Vocational Education & Training Industry and worked for the Wide Bay Institute of TAFE, as the Lead Hospitality Trainer based in Gympie. Natalie relocated back to the Gold Coast and worked in the Real Estate Industry as a Real Estate Agent before been head hunted by Outsource Services in May 2011. Natalie strives to deliver a high standard of customer service to all students and is passionate about training in all areas of Management, including – Human Resources, Operations, Risk Management & Business.
Hayley Gorlitz – Training Consultant

Hayley holds many qualifications, some of which include a Diploma of Business (Marketing), and a Bachelor of Business (Majoring in Marketing and specialising in Integrated Marketing Communication). Hayley is also proficient in Australian Sign Language (AUSLAN). Hayley’s passion for business has seen her working as a Training consultant for over 5 years. During this time Hayley has facilitated to a very diverse demographic. Working in industry and continually studying herself Hayley realises the challenges and opportunities students wishing to undertake study face, as a result Hayley aims to always keep her sessions relevant to current industry trends, interesting and enjoyable.
Neil Bennett – Engineering Training Consultant
Mobile: 0406 277 061 - NeilB@outsourceinstitute.com.au Neil has over 20 years’ experience in the Marine industry as a manufacturer of aluminium boats. He has worked in all aspects of boat building from welding to supervising and training staff. Neil then worked in the role of Research and Development in which he was responsible for the flotation and compliance of all the boats manufactured for both Australia and for export overseas. Neil has conducted statutory flotation and speed turn testing as well as developing & implementing new flotation materials that is now widely used in the marine industry. Neil is assisting in the engineering training while developing welding course material.
