With a total of 13 years experience in the development, delivery and assessment of training programs under the competency based environment. A holder of a Bachelor Degree in Education and a range of training and business certificates such as Cert IV in Assessment and Training and Internal Quality Auditing.
Carl has developed and implemented an extensive range of training and development programs and products ranging from the development of training videos for national retailers to managerial development programs designed to improve managerial performance. Carl has also grown Outsource Services from a micro single person consulting business into a successful training and development business.

Rowena has been an integral part of the training industry for over 20 years. From owning her own RTO to being the State Manager of a not for profit organisation, and CEO of a National RTO.
Rowena firmly believes in the VET system and the possibilities it can offer anyone willing to take the challenge; for both students and organisations. Rowena has demonstrated ability to manage the implementation of strategic objectives and operational goals in Human Resource areas of management, design, implement and monitor marketing strategies on a whole of business level, ability to achieve marketing objectives and sales targets on a personal and team level and the ability to develop and implement the instructional design process; encompassing needs analysis, curriculum development under the Australian Quality Training Framework, Competency Based Training, Flexible Delivery strategies and Assessments and Evaluations of training.

Linda's role within the Outsource Team is to oversee client relationships to ensure the continuity of service our clients. She is responsible for establishing and managing the administration training compliance, program delivery quality and client relationships. Linda has a wealth of experience in the Management of Human Resources. Her career span years managing fundamental business functions such as Human Recourses Manager, Business Development Manager, Financial Management and Event Management.
Linda holds strong beliefs in staff development, retention and career progression through the training arena with focus on cultural values of organisations being the key to business success.

Dario has been involved in both business development and relationship management for over 5 years. Having previously worked in both Financial and Human Resource industries, Dario has developed wide range of knowledge across a number of fields and is committed to delivering the highest quality of service.
Dario is a firm believer that relationships are the key to success and his work culture is firmly oriented around this principle. Dario holds a Master in Business majoring in Integrated Marketing Communications as well as Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing and Advertising.

Peter's career began in aviation engineering (electronics) followed by many roles in TAFE, including Teacher Engineering; Head of Study, Head of Engineering at Southbank TAFE; Electrical & Electronics Engineering at Curriculum Services Branch; Director, Public-Private Partnerships, Department of Employment and Training.
He was assigned to the redevelopment of the facilities at Southbank TAFE; and Director of Infrastructure Development at Gold Coast TAFE.
Mathew Fishburn - Engineering Trainer

Matthew has over a decade of experience as an Acoustical Engineer. Matthew currently manages his own Acoustical Engineering Consultancy whilst working part time as one of our engineering trainers. Matthew holds an Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
Matthew assists in the engineering course development and training. Matthew is committed to ensuring our students reach a high level of skill and knowledge in engineering.
Christie Parrish - Engineering Administration Officer

Christie joined the Outsource Services Team in April 2010 as a part of the operations support team, and since then she has joined the Engineering team as our busy, dedicated Engineering Administrator. Previously Christie has travelled extensively and worked in customer service roles in Canada, England and Australia.
Christie's role includes overseeing the administrative procedures for engineering, working with Skills Tech ensuring all operational aspects are maintained.

Brenda joined the Outsource Services Team in June 2010 as Financial Administrator. Previously Brenda worked as Office Manager for four years, overseeing the training of new staff and ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations of the office whilst primarily overseeing Sales Invoicing & Debtor Control. Brenda spent seven years with P&O in a similar role and brings a wealth of accounts experience with her to Outsource Services.
Brenda's role in the Financial area includes control of Sales Invoicing & Payments and Supplier Invoicing,
