This one-day practical workshop covers how to face challenges of change head-on, set realistic organisational/workgroup goals and targets that facilitate the early adoption of changes by your work teams and review the implemented changes for further innovation and improvement.

This workshop will provide you with the knowledge and skills to ensure that you become a more effective change manager, and one that understands the effects of change on your staff.
